How long until my order ships?
Most orders go out within 1–3 business days.
Custom pieces are the exception — things like a custom pet badge reel are drawn from scratch, so those take 2–3 weeks before shipping.
How much is shipping?
It’s calculated at checkout based on what’s in your cart and where it’s headed, so you’ll see the exact cost before you pay.
I ordered stickers and no package arrived. Where is it?
Check your regular mail! We ship stickers as letters to save you money on shipping, so they turn up wherever your normal mail does — mailbox, PO box, etc.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at the moment — we ship within the US only.
Returns & replacements
Do you accept returns?
We don’t accept returns at this time. If you have any questions about your order, please email artclinicrn@gmail.com and I’ll help however I can.
My item arrived damaged or defective.
I work extremely hard to make sure everything that goes out is the highest quality possible, but if something arrives damaged or defective in any way, we offer replacements up to 1 month after your purchase date.
Email artclinicrn@gmail.com and we'll sort it out. A quick photo helps us get it fixed faster.
What if I order the wrong size?
Since we don’t take returns, please review the Sizing Guide before you order — it has fit photos, full measurements, and a size finder that picks for you.
Still torn between two sizes? Email us before you order and I’ll tell you my recommendation.
Products & care
How should I wash my shirt or sweatshirt?
Wash it inside-out, on a gentle cycle, in cold water. For maximum longevity, let it air dry rather than putting it in the dryer.
That keeps both the fabric and the design looking right for years.
What are the shirts and sweatshirts made of?
Tees are Comfort Colors — heavyweight, garment-dyed cotton. Crewnecks are Port & Company core fleece.
Both are unisex, cut straight rather than tapered, and both run roomy. Full measurements are on the Sizing Guide.
What sizes do you carry?
S through 4X in both tees and crewnecks.
Our pieces are meant to be worn oversized, so most people size up. The Sizing Guide walks you through it and will pick a size for you in three taps.
What are my badge reel options?
You can choose between a permanent or velcro attachment and an alligator clip or belt clip. Please view the image on each badge reel listing for more details.
Custom orders
Do you take custom or personalized requests?
Yes! Email artclinicrn@gmail.com with what you have in mind — a pet, a unit team design, an inside joke only your floor would get, and we’ll figure it out together.
How long does a custom order take?
Plan on 2–3 weeks before it ships. Every custom design is hand-drawn from scratch.
